The U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce is expanding access to professional business guidance through the launch of its virtual Haitian American Business Help Desk.
The free program will provide entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and nonprofit leaders with private, 15-minute consultations with experienced technical advisors. The first virtual session will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
As the Chamber continues its expansion across 14 states, the virtual format will allow it to serve participants regardless of their geographic location. Business owners will be able to connect directly with an advisor for focused guidance on a specific question, challenge, or opportunity affecting their organization.
“The virtual Business Help Desk allows us to make trusted technical assistance more accessible to entrepreneurs in our community. Participants can receive individualized guidance focused on the areas where they need help most.”

Areas of Assistance
The inaugural virtual session will feature consultations in three key areas:
- Technology and Artificial Intelligence: Guidance on AI tools, automation, software, cybersecurity, websites, and digital transformation.
- Starting and Growing a Business: Assistance with business formation, planning, licensing, operations, and growth strategies.
- Access to Capital and Finance: Information about business loans, grants, credit, financial readiness, and other funding opportunities.
Participants must register in advance and select one area of assistance for their appointment. They will also have an opportunity to describe their business needs or questions so the assigned advisor can prepare for the consultation.
Appointments are free, but availability is limited. Early registration is encouraged.
Supporting Entrepreneurs Beyond State Boundaries
The Help Desk represents another step in the Chamber’s effort to provide practical resources to Haitian American entrepreneurs and strengthen businesses across the United States.
By conducting the program online, the Chamber can connect qualified advisors with business owners who may not otherwise have convenient access to professional assistance. The format is designed to deliver focused, actionable guidance while helping participants identify their next steps.
The program is presented by the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Quadrillion Tech Solutions and Eastern Bank.
